La Collina is a community association chartered by residents in 2020 as the La Collina Homeowners Association. While the Association is evolving, its primary purpose remains to promote neighborhood cohesion and harmony while protecting our neighborhood property values. Our website contains easy paths to finding community information, helpful forms, archived and current copies of our community newsletter and a “Frequently Asked Questions” link.

La Collina is a great place to live, and call home. Our gated community is centrally located near shops, restaurants and state of the art medical facilities. This site is intended to be a resource for the over 292 families residing within our La Collina Home Association area.
