Have any Security Concerns?

Please report any of your non-emergency security concerns within the neighborhood to us as soon as possible. Our association has an appointed officer who keeps an eye on things and is working to keep our streets safe and address your concerns as soon as possible.

Need assistance with a yard violation?

The Crossing Church has volunteered to assist homeowners with any light yard work or cleanups. Send Vanguard Management an email asking for more information and we can get you in touch with The Crossing's coordinator.

Monthly Board Meetings

We will be holding monthly meetings on the last Monday of every month at 7pm at 1219 Millennium Pkwy Brandon,FL. We work to discuss any homeowners concern, vote on ACC's, and answering any questions you may have about our community. Please remember all of the board members are volunteers who have donated their time to help better our community for all of us. We appreciate homeowner participation at our meetings and look forward to seeing you there.
