**IMPORTANT NOTICE: SPYGLASS ROAD CLOSURES**

**Road Closures: February 17 – February 19, 2025**

Dear Spyglass Residents,

We are informing you of a vital road maintenance project approved during the August 12, 2024, HOA Board Meeting. This project involves filling cracks and seal coating all roads in our Spyglass community, which was postponed due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The seal coating will be implemented in three phases to minimize community disruption. Detailed maps are available on our website and are being mailed to each residence in Spyglass.

Crack filling will be done Monday, February 10 – 11th. All roads will remain open.

Seal coating will be done: Monday, February 17 – Phase I Red

Seal coating will be done: Tuesday, February 18 – Phase II Yellow

Seal coating will be done: Wednesday, February 19 – Phase III Blue

**Impact on Your Residence**

· Your street will be affected for one to two days.

· Streets will be blocked during the project starting at 7:30 a.m.

· If you need access to your vehicle on seal coat days, please park on an adjacent street the night before.

Seal coating will require **24 hours to dry**, and access will not be available until the blockade is lifted. As we have limited overflow guest parking, using adjacent streets is essential during this time.

We have informed the River Bend HOA and the CDD about this project. Both the main entrance and resident-only gates will remain open during the closure.

Please note that seal coating is essential for extending the lifespan of our roads and delaying this maintenance could lead to more severe road deterioration, necessitating a complete resurfacing which is much more time-consuming and costly.

Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we work to enhance our community.

Our next board meeting is Monday, February 3rd at 7:00 p.m. in the River Bend Amenity Center. All Spyglass at River Bend residents are invited and encouraged to attend. Please enter through the door to the Fitness Center and walk straight back to the meeting room. You will need your resident ID badge to open the gym door.
