Spyglass at River Bend Homeowners Association

POLICY RESOLUTION NUMBER 2024-0205

Relating to No Soliciting in the Community

The RiverBend HOA board hereby has established a No Solicitation resolution to be included in the association’s Rules and Regulations effective February 5, 2024.

The resolution states that there is no soliciting allowed within Spyglass at RiverBend and No Solicitors signs shall be displayed at each entrance.

Traditional seasonal solicitation by the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts or local non-profit organizations by Spyglass residents are exempt from this policy.

Spyglass Gate Request for Garage Sales

Request to Open Gates for Garage Sale

We have implemented a new procedure for Spyglass residents to request entry gates remain open for a specific date and time to accommodate your garage sale. While we do not have a lot of requests there are enough to warrant a consistent procedure.

To initiate a request go to https://vanguard.cincwebaxis.com/090/home/ and sign in.
Navigate to About Us > Documents > Garage Sale Gate Request

Complete the form and click Submit at the bottom. You will get a copy of your responses at the email address you provided, and the form will be sent to Vanguard Management and the Spyglass HOA president for review. You will then be notified by email after review.

Requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

SPYGLASS HOA BOARD MEETING

Spyglass at River Bend HOA board meeting will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, May 6 at the River Bend Amenity Center. All Spyglass at River Bend residents are invited and encouraged to attend. Please enter through the door to the gym and walk straight back to the meeting room. You will need your resident ID badge to open the gym door.
